History of our Founder

Reverend Jack Adams had a dramatic salvation experience in October of 1981. Where Jesus came into his bedroom and baptized him in the Holy Spirit and put the peace of God in his heart. During that same experience Jesus said, ''people would call out to you because you knew the way of salvation.” Jesus also told him he would take the Gospel to the Nations.

             In Jack's formative years he saw how discipleship was lacking in the church. So, discipleship and evangelism quickly became his primary focus.

• Trained under Pastor David Woodard @ Jesus Church in Nacogdoches, TX. From 1981 through 1994

• Started training disciples in 1985 and has been doing so ever since

• In 1993 held first crusade in Nacogdoches TX

• Was the organizer for March for Jesus in Nacogdoches in 1993 and 1994

• Ordained 1990 through Jesus Hour Ministries in Houston, TX

• Has served with Pastor Mike Johnson at Tree of Life Church in Pflugerville, TX since October of 2004. He has served in many capacities there and is currently an elder

• In 2005 partnered with Frontline Ministries and went overseas for the first time to the nation of Malawi

• In 2009 founded Matthew 2819 Ministries

• Has since been in many nations around the globe doing crusades, discipleship training, equipping leaders and providing food and financial support for orphanages
